I would recommend using a padded envelope in the future to avoid this problem. Packaging had no evidence of ever being opened or damaged whatsoever. What was ordered was what was delivered including all manuals, controllers and equipment necessary to operate it and was pictured in the Seller's. Seller did an outstanding job with processing and shipping in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this Seller and will definitely not hesitate to order from him again!
