A polythene bag is not sufficient to stop damage - a box would be necessary. On detailed examination only the outer plastic layer seems to be affected - the inner polystyrene seeming ok. The seller promptly offered a reduction in price which I accepted. Good seller.

It is a soft helmet of Expanded Polystyrene with a thin plastic bag coloured cover that gives zero protection to the foam. A child is pictured in the advert & given the size it is not an adult helmet. The correct quantity in each pack but I am little disappointed that the packs contained different colour quantities than pictured, one pack had 2 green, 2 orange and 8 blue, the other had 6 orange, 1 gray and 5 blue. I had been planning on colour coding them for different chemicals. Still they are nice cloths for the jobs I need them for.
