The item comes in a big envelope no bubble wrap can get damaged from shipment. This item is fine the real problem is how it is listed . He never mentions the size of cutter which is for 12G only which are larger Ebike spokes. He does do a heading below which says 12G but also has a heading of 14G very confusing. So easy to make clear but the seller does not. Understand item is 12G.

As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service. Good price, bigger size than a usual file box, but sadly bad scratches on the back of the box.

However, Yachew were quick off the mark when I contacted them and dealt with the no show by refunding me within a couple of days - can't fault the vendor, that was great customer service!
