No apology, infact no communication at all. Worst business ever dealt with on eBay! The only communication from you was to open a return through ebay which was accepted immediately and your refund was processed promptly once it was received!!

Contacted seller as bulb seemed to flicker on first touch then come on fully on 2nd touch. Prompt reply from seller who explained it sounded like we weren't using a dimmable bulb.
