It came as described. I prefer the box not have a bunch of tape on it, but I don't intend to resell it I had recently listened to a friend's Beolit 17 & thought it was amazing. This Beolit 20 was disappointingly quiet. An internet search took me to the B&O app, where I connected my speaker & found volume was at 50%. I upped it to 100% and it's better. I would like it to be louder, though.

Their support on this issue was incredible and I would highly reccomend purchasing with this seller.
