But too small is much better than too big. I enlarged the holes to 14mm with a die grinder. Otherwise very close to the correct dimensions. Since it's winter now and I'm just installing it now, I can't comment on the cooling, but there's no reason why it wouldn't be every bit as good as the parallel flow unit I'm replacing.
