    Item arrived in condition, including appearance and quality, as advertised. There was some delay in delivery, but appears to have been due to the USPS and the holiday. The seller made extra effort to assist in this, including putting extra tracking on the product and was excellent in providing updated communication to me and demonstrating her concern & interest in helping me. Sent in padded envelope marked fragile with extra protection. I felt taken care of. I would buy from this seller again.

    In like new condition as described. I paid a fair price for a quality product. The packaging was great and the overall appearance was like opening a Christmas gift with the little stickers and such. Shipping included two cd's and was fast and seamless.     This seller is a KEEPER. I've never received such a pretty package on ebay in my life - it was giftwrapped in adorable polka dot paper with ribbons! Bubble wrapped inside for extra safety...then - wait for it - there was a "free gift" inside - a cute mini nail file!!! Excellent communication, fast shipping...what more can I say?
