It has the exact same problem as I described to him in detail when I sent it. I even sent him video proof. After back-and-forth messages with no solution, he replied I have to ship my board back to him for refund. For what? It's MY board and he couldn't fix. So he can have a free board? Scam. I already bought a new one anyway. Your liftmaster has MANY other components besides the board. We do not want your board to keep. We never said we would keep it. If we were keeping/stealing boards, we would have hundreds of reviews saying so. In regards to ship time.
