My grand daughter didn't like the pattern on the guitar strap so I asked if I could return it and purchase another one but because the distance for shipping it would have cost so much money, they allowed me to keep the guitar strap. And they refunded my money and it was just awesome.Everything worked out great.They were great company to work with. I would purchase from them again a 100%.
