I was able to remove the board and send it in for repair. The communication with the company was good, and fortunately they had an old board there which they were able to salvage parts from. The repair was completed inside a couple of days, and fast shipped back. Needed a Viking chimney hood control panel repair, shop turnaround time for repair was 1 day from time of receipt to date of shipment back. Repaired panel works perfectly and resorted my hood to full function. Communication was very fast and accurate as well. Would definitely use again.
