Only one printer was not in its original box. The Neptune's are heavy so it got dinged up and the LCD screen smashed. Even not out of the box ready, the repairs are straight forward. Others were in great shape. Neptune 4s, after a simple firmware update, are fantastic. Buying "used for parts" is dangerous, I just ordered another printer from NV Liquidators. Don't tell my wife.

- 2***7 (2)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Più di un anno faAcquisto verificatoI bought the Neptune 4 Max, the machine Runs how it should everything works. one thing is one of the z axis lead screws is warped. but I kind of expected that out of a used item. it is however kind of hard to find one for it. the machine came with the wrong Flash on it. Like I said I got the pro max but it came with the Neptune 4 PLUS on it. Again, no big deal Flashing the Board Is not hard at all. very pleased with the machine and would buy again. just some kinks to work out.

Most of the Neg reviews seem to be from people that either don't actually read description or have a shipping issue. I picked up rather than shipping and these guys are awesome. There was a small issue on their end, but they remedied it and it resulted in a better deal for me. Pickup, so no comment on packaging. Phenomenal price if you are in driving distance. I will 100% be a return customer.

Packaging was perfect, the item was in better condition than was described, and the price is fair. After having a Bambu lab A1 mini, probably even $5 is too much for this in my opinion but the $15 I paid was a really fair price compared to the original. Glad I got this at a really steep discount I would have kicked myself if I paid full price for this really terribly designed 3D printer. lol Bambu Lab A1 mini combo great for toys, this not so much.

The two Neptune 4 Max's were shipped via Sendle while a Neptune 3 max that I wasn't aware of came in from USPS. They did come as described. I.e. with some faults. Honestly the extra priniter I got just makes this better value, especially when the 3rd one seems to work without issues.
