It’s only missing the Fasteners and two manual Bed leveling handles with one of the mini frames on the U frame holding a mini motor partially broken off but I glued it back together. But these aren’t major issues especially for the price. Well worth the cost for a great looking printer, can’t wait to print some quality prints.

Instead of just cancelling the order and refunding me, they gave me the choice between a Neptune 4 Plus or a new in box Mars 4 Ultra for no extra charge. I chose the Neptune 4 Plus and it arrived in good shape and with all the parts I needed. It was used, but otherwise fine. Great customer support from the seller, and still runs fine nearly every day over 3 weeks later.

Had to replace a few parts and tune the machine a bit to get operational. I wouldn't recommend a for parts printer unless you have a decent amount of experience troubleshooting, repairing and or modifying printers. Otherwise it's a great chance to add a printer to you inventory and gain some experience repairing the neptune model.

The seller makes very clear to explicitly state what to expect. While my unit came with a crack on the edge of the screen (EDGE; NOT where the light displays) it IS fully functional. The crack provides NO ISSUES to print quality. I was given what was offered. No complaints. TL;DR This things fricken' great, came in fine working condition and saved me money. Packaged very well. Great seller communication. 10/10 would buy again.
