The seller shipped my Kindle instantly and kept me updated constantly, the package arrived in less than a week (!), and it was wrapped as carefully as possible with several different layers- cardboard and bubble wrap (extremely important when transporting delicate electronics from overseas). The Kindle itself appeared to be brand new, as described, and after three days of use I can confirm that it is working and recharging. Amazing seller.

Delivery routed through FedEx for international leg and Was in time with updates. Locally delivered through Delhivery courier and I had to escalate the matter after false status updates by them and delivered late. The device as such is in good condition and high value ,great and I am a subscriber of Kindle so will use it for reading.It’s in colour and display is excellent. Seller was prompt in response
