First, the price was significantly lower than anyone else. The unboxing was great. For a used product, it came in the original box and was packed perfectly. I was beginning to think they sent me a brand new unit until I saw the build plate was used. It arrived a day sooner than expected, and I wanted to finish a few prints before reviewing. Super easy to use and prints come out amazing. Highly recommend this seller

Most of the Neg reviews seem to be from people that either don't actually read description or have a shipping issue. I picked up rather than shipping and these guys are awesome. There was a small issue on their end, but they remedied it and it resulted in a better deal for me. Pickup, so no comment on packaging. Phenomenal price if you are in driving distance. I will 100% be a return customer.

Packaging was perfect, the item was in better condition than was described, and the price is fair. After having a Bambu lab A1 mini, probably even $5 is too much for this in my opinion but the $15 I paid was a really fair price compared to the original. Glad I got this at a really steep discount I would have kicked myself if I paid full price for this really terribly designed 3D printer. lol Bambu Lab A1 mini combo great for toys, this not so much.

The two Neptune 4 Max's were shipped via Sendle while a Neptune 3 max that I wasn't aware of came in from USPS. They did come as described. I.e. with some faults. Honestly the extra priniter I got just makes this better value, especially when the 3rd one seems to work without issues.
