One of the plates was completely shattered! When I asked for a refund for one of the plates a she asked if I would like a replacement instead of a refund. I said yes and she never replied again after I sent her three more messages asking her to respond. This is an awful, sloppy and not conscientious seller who has terrible communication. I would warn anyone not to purchase anything from her!!!
