They should have been packed in a stronger exterior box to prevent the boxes from being crushed on all 4 corners and on the top which is exactly what Fed X did to them. The filters themselves appear not to be damaged however.

They are professional and accurate with their description. They are a quality provider, with knowledgeable staff to assist with confidence. My only draw-back is they use the USPS, which is a slow as molasses in January. My order sat at the distribution center 30 miles from my home from Friday morning until delivery on Monday.
