Complained to ebay and asked to arrange the return the 1 incorrect part due to quality issues. Vendor never sent a returns note and asked me to close the claim. Ebay actioned the refund and vendor emailed to say "this is not nice" ! Beware of vendor as clearly not helpful and if the case is closed before resolution Ebay will not reopen the case
