FedEx made an error, misplacing the camera at the drop-off station. Quelectronics sent a person down to fedEx to locate it, got it rerouted, and gave me a partial refund for the delay. I highly recommend them -- honest, great communication, and going the extra mile!

Even though seller couldn't have known, or had anything to do with it. Shipping was immediate. Packed safely. Excellent communication. In all my decades on Ebay, this has to be the most honest seller on Ebay!

I had asked whether this laptop came with a pen as some yogas do and I was answered yes. When I received my laptop without a pen they had worked with me to ensure I would receive a pen. Their support on this issue was incredible and I would highly reccomend purchasing with this seller.
