I wanted the knee braces to to give support to my knees when I danced Argentine Tango, especially when carrying out the pivot manoeuvre. The knee support is wholly inadequate from this product for this use. I will keep the order to use when taking long walks. The stress levels on the knees are much lower during this activity than dancing Tango. Overall a disappointing purchase.
