I swapped the fan after using the provided part number and replaced the thermal paste with some quality Arctic MX-4. The card fired right up at first boot and is now running beautifully and quietly. After purchase I then sent them a message to check if it was still OK for them to send it via a different company. No response and they then sent it via the company I specifically asked them not to. Only leaving positive feedback because the item arrived safely and working. Happy with the item, not the seller.
