    Doll's shoes were missing shoes. Seller gaslights me and said "This item is new and has never been opened. These were purchased in a case pack. You will have been the first person to open the item". Mind you, the doll comes in a ziparound bag so clearly they don't quality check items they resell. Seller refuses to give me partial refund for their neligemce nd suggest I return the item ktI contact Mattel about it. Some customer service. I had to open a case with PayPal.

    This item was new and never opened, I did state that, I will not open an item to check for completion as it would no longer be new. Buyer offered a lower price for the doll, and I accepted. When they stated they shoes were missing I offered a full refund upon returning the item that was sent. Buyer did not want this and wanted a partial refund for this. I offer refunds for items returned. No gas lighting from my part.
