I guess somewhere in the listing it stated these are in fact OEM, but not in OEM packaging as they are bulk items. However, mine appeared to be 'used' or damaged by pliers squeezing them. Anyways, I requested a return, expecting to mail them back. Seller apologized for 'damage' and mentioned they are in bulk, thus no OEM packaging. They also didn't request them be shipped back.
