I searched everywhere but Chevy does not sell the part. I bought these (and extras because we have 5 Bolts in the family). It was easy to replace and the car was back to being able to fast charge. I may get more and keep a set in everyone's car, just in case.

I had ordered a few parts from seller before and when I needed them to work, I had several break. Chatted w/seller and he was good enough to provide replacement parts in addition to the new product that I purchased from him, along with suggestions about how to make the product work better for me next time. Transit time a little slow, but I was not in a hurry. All said, totally satisfied with seller.
