The seller falsely claimed it was “not resellable” and only gave a partial refund. I contacted him to explain, but he ignored me for days. He only responded after eBay stepped in and refunded me in full, simply saying: “Thank you for the message. It has been approved via eBay now. Hope that is fine.” Very poor service and dishonest handling of returns. Buyers beware.
