I corresponded several times and heard back from the seller within hours. Seller corrected the order and I had the new correct item within 96 hours. It was refreshing to know that customer service still exists. The seller cares about what they're selling and cares about their customer. When I first ordered the Star Trek TOS shirt I did not realize it would be too small. I contacted the seller and they immediately agreed to exchange it for a larger size. All I had to do was ship the first shirt back to them, which I did.
