Customer failed to get item from post office when asked. Customer was also provided tracking numbers to go to post office with. Instead of doing that they would rather open a case and leave negative feedback. After eBay found case in my favor customer now says they received item. sounds like a scam to me.

The part appears exactly as described so I'm pleased. A terrific seller with high quality parts for much less $$ than other auto shops so I can only recommend.
