First time I've bought prescription specs online. Got slightly confused with the sequence of ordering specs/customising for prescription. A delayed response for clarity from seller, but after my follow up msg, i got clear instructions on how to add the prescription element to the frames order. The seller has been exceptionally speedy in all responses since. So pleased, I've ordered a 2nd pair

I enquired at 16:00 on Friday about the possibility of expedited shipping, and they dispatched my replacement frames via Royal Mail that evening, which I received on Sat. The service was incredibly quick and the prices were extremely reasonable Frames were in tiptop shape as well; I would highly recommend!! A++++
