Sheet arrived but was not mid-blue but a lighter blue and does not match the pillow-cases. Couldn't be bothered to return it though as only for the spare bed but disappointing.

However, the tracking showed the the item had not moved from their depot for over a week. I emailed the seller and they offered me a refund or replacement. I opted to have a replacement and this arrived on time. Seller was understanding and helpful in dealing with this issue. Communication is shocking to say the least, 5 days since item received and still no further to getting it rectified. Appalling seller and never use
