Contacted seller and they advised me to troubleshoot, which I already did. Seller offered a "partial refund", instead of replacing. Seriously? After I filed a dispute, they finally refunded the full amount. All they had to do was send a replacement or offer a "full" refund.

I have a real MSI Z790 ITX, and I can tell the difference. That being said, the condition of the item was as described, the packaging was excellent, and the shipping was fast. The value is questionable, and the appearance is average. Buyer beware.

The item is new, was well packed in bubble wrap and a correctly-sized carton, and shipped from China to Bahrain as part of their free shipping. Highly recommended.
