Very dissapointed and payed a decent amount for the piece. Afraid the picture and little crystals will get loose if the piece falls to the floor. Expected better for the amount payed, not having in concideration that the picture orientation was not the best since the photo looks like the image is slightly bent to one side. Shipping was pretty slow as well. The photo quality and orientation really depends on the photo provided, our design team try their best to crop the photo to fit in the heart shape without altering the proportion.
