They overnight shipped a replacement device and told me to recycle the bad device. Seller goes beyond expectations to resolve issues. Great price, great, fast service, and they stand behind their products. I highly recommend them.

However, the seller was very responsive and handled the situation professionally. Their prompt support made a big difference. ⭐ Final Verdict: 4/5 – Functional unit with some wear, but excellent customer service. Would buy from this seller again.
