Their delivery information is in the federal work force dream sphere. In fact, they were processed in and out of the same USPS “distribution facility” for 3 1/2 days multiple times. Their crack messaging lets you know where the product was, not where it is, nor any semblance of when it might be delivered. NOT supplier’s fault! Will buy from again but allow twice the USPS estimated delivery time

New bolts got to me in great condition bc of the packaging. Shipped promptly. Had a nice sticker included that improved the appearance of my tool box! The coolest part though, you get a sticker with a description and a QR code to put on your storage so you know what the fastener is and can quickly reorder it. Definitely doing more business with this seller.

They reached out and let me know that they had escalated with their supplier. Couple days later we agreed to cancel the order. Things don’t always work out. Meaningful communication is the key.
