When I contacted the seller I was provided with a paid return shipping label, and instructed to send the original ripped cover. After 7 days I received a brand new custom made cover at no additional charge. The cover fit exactly as original. I would rate this seller as high as possible. The customer service was above and beyond, and the turnaround time was extremely fast. Thank You for such a great experience.
