About 7 days total from order to my door, Poland to western Canada via FedEx (~$20cdn extra for customs) All items included as described, including 6point Yoke not pictured. Items were dusty but most OK. One of the water pouches had a torn belt connector not visible in photo :( Good value for the purchase even with the damaged pouches lol Pretty good seller
