Their communication was immediate when I put the not received call in. Offered to re-send the item, but as it was too late they refunded straight away. They are an excellent seller.

The journey of the item with some difficulty because it went lost in the transpantion with the carrier. The seller offered an new matrass procter. But it was not neccessary because the originally delivery arrived. I recommens this seller for the service and also for the positive help and the great communication.
