Item was packaged very well with bubble wrap and in a sturdy box that was taped securely. The item was a wind chime that was as described but it turned out even more beautiful than the photos showed. We really love it. We received it quickly and are excited to enjoy it as we sit on our porch with our coffee. Would buy again from this kind and thoughtful seller.
