    Ordered a 2 pk cable glands from this seller. On arrival, one of the units was obviously defective from manufacture while the other was fine. Contacted seller, included photos, and described the issue. Shipping envelope was perfectly intact with no damage. Seller claims it was not like that when he shipped, but photo shows what I received. Seller basically was rude, insinuating I was a liar, and refused to ship another replacement. I do NOT recommend this seller based on poor customer service

    Seller claims item was torched?? By who?? Magic pixie dust in the envelope?? The photos are directly after removing from shipping package. Yes, he did say to return for a refund, but why should I pay for return at my expense for seller pushing a defective item. Especially for $4 worth of merchandise, shipping would cost more. I got one good one out of two which is all I needed. I only reported this to let potential customers know that this seller DOES NOT offer good customer service.
