Seller basically was rude, insinuating I was a liar, and refused to ship another replacement. Yes, he did say to return for a refund, but why should I pay for return at my expense for seller pushing a defective item. Especially for $4 worth of merchandise, shipping would cost more. I got one good one out of two which is all I needed. I only reported this to let potential customers know that this seller DOES NOT offer good customer service.
