And posted picture of fully threaded bolt. But Actual item is not fully threaded. Seller don't understand what the US customers thinking. Or doesn't care. Both are Bolts to be used with nuts or threaded into tapped holes. The Major difference being Hex Cap Screws are Partially threaded. Hopefully I have cleared this confusion.

Through correspondence, we were able to figure out that nearly 17# were shipped and only 6.5# arrived. I shared packing photographs with Fastenere and within the hour received notification that they were shipping out the balance of my order.
