The communication from the company was great, taking sizing etc. The item arrived within a week, which seemed SO fast! However, the "high quality materials" is a stretch of the imagination. While the item looked great, a metal rivet pulled out just with trying on, so it certainly wouldn't stand up to much. If you want a great looking fancy dress piece, this is ideal, but sadly, not the quality advertised. Disappointed

The straitjacket was well packaged and evokes quality. There's a really lovely leather smell to it. I'm very pleased with it for the money. Condition and presentation is very good too.
