Exactly what I wanted: A cost effective solution to the BT VOIP switch over as I will now be able to retain my internal wired phone set up without any hassle. Definitely an 'own goal' by BT to miss out on this aspect of customer service - but what else can you really expect from them these days when they all WFH!
