Both recommended this starter for my 460, 390flywheel, 460 bellhousing situation. It sounds grindy and disturbing to start, new power cable, clearances were checked good, tried spacer anyway and not any better. I have 184 tooth and says compatible. Embarrassing to start in public for a showcar. Starter has good power though for a moderate build and starter is smaller than OEM which is nice. Shipping was good!

I did have a small problem, ARP left out one bolt from the package. The box was sealed from ARP when I received it, so it wasn't the seller's fault. The seller did work with APR in getting me the missing bolt. Many thanks to the seller. Performance always ships in a very timely manner. They also are very good at communicating. In this case they realized they had made a mistake and authorized the return very quickly.
