If I knew how poor this looks and works, would have not purchased. Motion detection is non existent due to pixelation. When I called for support, they said this is the biggest complaint they get. You should have support rate this item, they should know it well. Therefore our tech will say that this is the most common mistakes customer makes when they purchase!! Unfortunately this is NOT our Products faults, but buyers choose NON Compatible DVR for their cameras that it's out of our control!! Anyhow, we always have 30 days return.
