The only issue I had was when I plugged it in and hooked the battery up the starter began to turn with the switch in the off position. That wasn't going to work! I took the new switch and compared it to the old switch. Four of the wires on the new switch were in different positions than the same color code on the old switch. I am a retired Auto mechanic. I switched those four wires to match the old switch and it worked.
