The service was second to none - amazing communication, very reasonably priced and beautifully made. Clare also made me some bespoke cushions and sent these along with the curtains, therefore keeping the delivery costs down too. Communication outside of eBay is out of order and if something goes wrong you can’t have eBay fight for you if you have bought privately.
