Both packages arrived very fast and well-packaged, and seller was incredibly helpful & courteous in resolving the issue. Furthermore, the thermal paste itself is fantastic quality and has dramatically reduced the heat my Nintendo Switch produces when compared to the original stuff Nintendo used. 10/10 seller, would definitely buy from again.
