She said I ordered the jet hematite well I’m sorry I don’t know the color names. I just buy them by the way they look in the picture I had bought one years ago I was trying to get the same one, but these are black. Nothing like the picture posted. I reached out to her. THEY RECEIVED THE SAME COLOR AS THE PIC IN THE LISTING THAT THEY ORDERED AND ASKED FOR. So now I am out the fees (VERY HIGH), the shipping costs (ALSO HIGH) & ALL my costs to make these, yes, TWO beautiful frames! WHY??!! THIS IS NOT FAIR AT ALL! :(
