The 1st cartridge had a manufacturer error when printing with my laser printer. The 2nd cartridge worked perfectly. A couple back and forth emails with the seller documenting the problem and they were good to send out a replacement cartridge. They stand behind their products and have very good customer service...prompt and through. I appreciate that.
