I placed an order two days ago and canceled less than 5 minutes late, when I realized the order placed was for the wrong size. I never got a response, and the item shipped today. I also got in touch with ebay yesterday and was guaranteed the cancelation, but clearly that was incorrect. Very disappointed and I will be getting my money back, despite this seller who could care less about customers.

One of the segment rings arrived damaged and they quickly resolved it. The damaged ring 100% was damaged in transit as the seller had done a great job of securely packaging the rings but it was obvious that someone had stomped on the package (the plastic case inside for the damaged ring was shattered.
