When it arrived it didn’t match the description and was faulty, (sandals didn’t match, they were an odd pair. ) Again I asked for a refund but no response. EBay sorted it for me. Would not buy from this seller again

I received an incorrect item & tried to resolve direct with the seller to no avail! I was asked to return the incorrect item (seller admitted their discharge team had sent me the wrong item). I sent photo of proof of posting which included the postage cost incurred by myself.
